# ASA: The Center

Please begin to transition your bases off of Center onto one of our other maps before the October 6, 2025. deadline. Be Kind to your dodos and bubble wrap them before the move!

## About This Expansion Map:

The Center is a free add-on for ARK: Survival Ascended that includes a massive new map for survivors to explore, nearly double the size of the playable geography of the standard ARK Island landscape making it about 70 sq. kilometers. The Center complements the current ARK biomes with a rich, hand-drawn Tolkien-esque aesthetic. Filled with stunning lighting effects, lava rivers, giant picturesque mountains, misty floating islands, ancient underground ice caves, and more.

The Center Ascended isn’t just a map; it’s an entire world waiting for you to explore. Embark on this grand adventure and discover a new dimension to your ARK: Survival Ascended experience!

MOST Modded Dinos can be transferred to any other map, **EXCEPT Aberration.**

* **Gryphons**: Both Mountain and Artic Spawn on Island, Center, SE, and Extinction. (Mini Gryphons are available as Patreon Pets.)
* **Draconis Glaucus**: Draconis Glaucus will spawn on Island and Center Only. And can be transferred to any other map, **Except Aberration**.
