Engrams/Bosses:
You can fight the gamma, beta, and alpha versions of the Broodmother, the Megapithecus, Manticore, and the Dragon. Olympus also has two of it's own world bosses, the Bio Rex and the Centurion. Though I'm not sure if they award any tek engrams
