Palworld is home to over 100 unique Pals, each equipped with a diverse set of skills to enhance the player's adventure. Along your journey, you will also encounter formidable boss Pals that pose a challenge even for the most seasoned Pal tamers. Naturally, these boss Pals are also capturable
Engage in Battles and Capture Pals
Palworld seamlessly integrates elements of battle, monster-capturing, training, and base building. Players wield a range of weapons, from classic bows and spears to modern assault rifles and rocket launchers. The process of capturing Pals involves strategically throwing a sphere, with a higher likelihood of success when weakening the target. Captured Pals become powerful allies in combat, each possessing distinct attributes and skills, even among those of the same type.
Base Building with Pals
Players can enjoy the experience of constructing bases alongside their Pals. Within the created base, players can assign Pals to various tasks, automating item collection, production, farming, and even electricity generation. Each Pal works uniquely based on its personality, requiring food and rest. The care provided directly influences the Pal's motivation, playing a pivotal role in base operations.
Open-World Multiplayer
Work together with fellow players for shared adventures in an open-world setting. Multiplayer not only allows for cooperation but also conflict, enabling players to attack one another, steal Pals, and even steal items. Players can engage in Pal battles, pitting their Pals against each other in combat.

What new features are in the Palworld Sakurajima Update?
The Palworld Sakurajima Update is bringing us a new islands, new Pals, new subspecies of original Pals, Xbox dedicated servers, a new arena, new building options, a new level cap, a new raid, a new location called the Stronghold - Oil Rig, and a new faction and boss.
Collectors will naturally be most interested in the new Pals, which range from new subtypes like Wixen Noct and Katress Ignis to entirely new Pals, like Mimog. These Pals range from level 40 to level 45, and most of them will require an Ultra Sphere to easily catch, and they can all be found on the beautifully sculpted Sakurajima Island. An island that boasts eerie cemeteries, a wetland complete with giant mushrooms and Grintales, and endless oceans of picturesque cherry blossoms.
But Players with an eye to endgame will likely be interested in the rest. New Gear, New Tower levels, The New Raid The Oil Rig Stronghold, and The Arena!
New Gear - Tap the new crude oil veins that have spawned across the map, which are essential for building the brand new armor sets and weapons, which range from lasers to flamethrowers.
Once you have beaten the Sakurajima Island Tower boss, you’ll be able to tackle the rest of the Towers on hard mode. Beyond being more challenging, these bosses will now drop better loot.
New Raid boss - Blazamut Ryu. Which is certainly a cool monster of a Pal to fight against, and will absolutely wreck whatever base you summon it to.
The Oil Rig Stronghold - This stronghold is absolutely no joke. It’s likely to one-shot your flying mount right out of the air if you approach it without caution. And all the enemies within are high level and outfitted with the best guns.
The Arena - The arena is where you’ll see all your hard work building Pals with perfect passives come to fruition. It’s the reason why you should get a Pal breeding base factory set up. It’s here that you’ll test the true mettle of your team and learn if you’re the very best!
