### **About this Expansion DLC**

Aquatica is the first official DLC to tell a side story, expanding the ARK universe into new dimensions of survival.  Aquatica is the special 10-year anniversary DLC for ARK: Survival Evolved, initially releasing on PC in July 2025.  Exclusive ASE Official Server Support: Limited-time support for official servers, enhancing the multiplayer experience.

“Aquatica” is a sunken ARK lying within a vast underwater ecosystem. Survivors will be pushed to their limits as they face unprecedented challenges: crushing deep-sea pressure, powerful currents, drastic environmental shifts, and strange life forms lurking in the abyss.

Aquatica introduces five unique deep-sea biomes, born from ARK’s system malfunctions and elemental mutations. The 5 biomes are as follows: Shallows; Crystal Caverns; Boiling Sea; Depths; Abyss. Together, they form a sprawling underwater labyrinth. These zones exist at varying depths, and what seems like the ocean floor may, in fact, be the surface of yet another deeper zone.

Pictured here is the Shallows biome. the introductory biome in the world of Aquatica. A gorgeous and friendly biome teeming with colorful corals, happy beasts, and mystical plants that somehow allow humans to breathe underwater.

Pictured here is the opposite end of the biome spectrum, the Abyss, residing below the Depths, this biome looks like another world at the bottom of the ocean. Aquatic in nature but somehow twisted, like it doesn't quite belong in this reality.

Prepare to face the terrifying forces lurking in the abyss as you unravel the origin story of Element. Encounter two brand new characters and immerse yourself in a narrative that bridges multiple ARKs, expanding the lore of ARK: Survival Evolved like never before.

#### Two unique items in Aquatica

Two amazing tools to aid your underwater journey, the Tek Trident and the Seafin Glider Suit will be essential items in this expansion!

With 60 new Engrams, survivors gain access to gear designed for underwater survival. Utilize Lead Boots to walk along the ocean floor, adapt land-dwelling creatures with mutations for underwater breathing, and construct innovative TEK Air Pockets for submerged bases. Additionally, discover 10 new cooking recipes tailored to the aquatic ecosystem.

**Base SIZE** \
One Base of 40 x 40 Building tiles allowed. \
(No Land bases Allowed till after Server transfer is lifted.) \
Use of Ocean Platforms is permitted but Limited to a 40 x 40 Tile platform.

**Mobile Bases**: - (Water Craft, Platform saddles.) 30x30x12. Maximum size without a Special Exception (Some ship builds can be made into an Exception.) Platform Saddles have specific build limits built in. And when built on, count as multiple tames in your base count.
